Terry has 33 years’ experience in the games industry, and is widely considered to be an expert in retail, distribution, and publishing. In retail Terry was the MD of computer games chain Logic Computers. In distribution, Terry was the MD of Jack of all Games UK, and in publishing, Terry was MD of CDV games UK. In 2010 Terry joined Little Orbit LLC and established their distribution network in Europe & ANZ. Here he was responsible for five years' significant growth and led a management buyout and transition. Terry is also the CEO of Verristar Entertainment Ltd, a video game consultancy. When away from work, Terry is a big fan of Tottenham and enjoys playing with his four grandchildren.
Stephanie brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, retailing & licensing to her role. As a CIM qualified marketing professional, Stephanie’s primary focus is to oversee the planning, implementation and performance analysis of our innovative global marketing campaigns in order to optimise company performance and drive customer loyalty. She has daily oversight of all marketing activities and owns the marketing relationship with Outright’s licensors, distribution partners, and first parties, but her most important relationship is that with her trusted marketing advisor; her three year old son who is a big fan of Paw Patrol.
Sales & Licensing manager
Terry trained as a sports coach before making a career move to the entertainment sector, and spent nearly a decade working in a fast-paced, upscale environment, responsible for assuring a high-quality customer experience in some of London’s most luxurious entertainment venues. Terry brings over 15 years’ experience in sales & marketing to his role and is responsible for overseeing the running of the Outright Games California office whilst continuing to build long-term business relationships throughout the USA. With business in his DNA, Terry cheekily claims he is the better looking one of the Outright Games family.
A well respected producer with 20 years of experience in the games industry, Oliver has been part of the extended Outright Games family since 2013. He has managed projects in a variety of roles, from concepts through the entire development process, and is a champion of working with developers who wish not to be judged by core game standards, but on the quality of the family experience they create. Starting in QA gave him broad insight into development processes and team management which he took into a production role for Electronic Arts, overseeing 3rd party development for the EA Partners group. Oliver has two kids which he affectionately calls his ‘QA testers’.
Matthew joined Outright Games in 2015 as a Brand Manager. In his role, Matthew is responsible for the development of the key brands within Outright Games’ portfolio, creating and executing 360-degree marketing plans and overseeing our television, print, social, mobile, and integrated digital campaigns. Matthew is a professional brand marketer with 15 years of CPG experience and has worked in all areas of retailing, market research and brand management.
Director of US Production
A senior-level Product Manager with over 20 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in carrying out video game development and publishing functions, Kathy is skilled in motivating and coordinating multiple team functions and effectively developing strategies to deliver product on time and under budget. An effective communicator that leads her teams to success, Kathy has worked with Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Mattel, DreamWorks and Disney, and is the first person we turn to for sound judgement. She keeps sane by spending time on the beach near her home in California.
Graeme has over 20 years of experience in developing/producing games across many genres and platforms. As the Production Director, Graeme brings with him an extensive knowledge of the games industry in all its various guises and formats, overseeing projects from concept through to launch and beyond. Graeme has worked with many household IPs and loves innovation whilst keeping a keen eye on the overall goal and experience. Graeme talks development and production at all levels, acting as a conduit of understanding between all stakeholders. Graeme loves playing both video and board games, walking the dogs and is a keen biker. Graeme has no kids; he doesn’t see the point as he’s never grown up!
Gary is a senior marketeer with over 18 years’ experience working in the video games industry. Throughout his career Gary has worked on a large and varied portfolio of very successful new and existing IP at Sierra, Blizzard, Koch Media and Bandai Namco. Gary’s main responsibility is the development and implementation of successful, high quality innovative global marketing campaigns. He loves spending his spare time in the world of gaming and is thrilled to be able to share that passion with his daughter.

With over 20 years in the games industry, Nick is currently Chair of the Games Committee at BAFTA, and on the steering committee for Games London. Nick brings a wealth of experience to Outright Games having worked in a range of high profile roles in development, heading up games at Crytek and Improbable, and in publishing at EA and EA Partners. Nick's role at Outright will help further build long lasting working relationships with strong developers as we deliver many games over many years. Nick loves playing games with his son, and says it's great to be able to bring him the games he really wants to play.
